Award
Macclesfield Borough Council
makes this Hygiene award when businesses have more cleanliness and cooking
controls than is required by current legislation. For instance, the
keeping of food temperature records, cleaning schedules and the use of
stainless steel surfaces. Deeba also keep full HACCP (Hazzard analysis and
critical control points) documentation. Visits are made on a 12 monthly
basis. Deeba was the
first Indian establishment to receive this award.
